Kim is a seasoned bankruptcy attorney with a strong commitment to staying current with legal developments, ensuring her clients receive top-tier representation. A native of Oak Ridge, Tennessee, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in 2002. She later earned her Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University – Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in 2006.
Admitted to practice law in Michigan since 2007, Kimberly is also admitted to the Federal District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, as well as the Federal Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. She also handles state foreclosure defense and creditor collection cases in state and federal bankruptcy courts.
