Ashante is a Special Counsel Attorney with Hamilton Law, assisting clients with trademark and intellectual property matters. With a thoughtful, client-centered approach, Ashante works to understand each client’s unique goals and develop practical legal solutions that support their continued growth and success.
Ashante earned her Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School. She has more than six years of legal experience advising clients on trademark registrations, Trademark Trial and Appeal Board matters, copyright matters, contracts, licensing agreements, corporate governance, and compliance.
Ashante is an active member of the State Bar of Georgia, the District of Columbia Bar, and the Atlanta Bar Association. Outside of practicing law, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, reading, blogging, coaching volleyball, and participating in activities with her daughter.
