Hamilton Law offers a free consultation for business owners interested in our registered agent services. During the consultation, we will discuss your business’s needs, answer your questions, and help you determine whether our service is right for your business.
Registered Agent Service — $125 Per Year
As your registered agent, Hamilton Law is authorized to receive legal documents and official correspondence on behalf of your business. We serve as one point of contact when your business receives important legal or state documents.
The $125 annual fee includes:
- Hamilton Law listed as your Michigan registered agent
- Use of our Michigan address for registered agent purposes
- Receipt of lawsuits and service of process
- Receipt of legal notices and official state correspondence
- Prompt notification when documents are received
- Forwarding of received documents
Legal Assistance When You Need It
Because Hamilton Law is also a Michigan law firm, you have an established place to turn if your business receives a document requiring legal attention.
Legal advice, responses to lawsuits or legal notices, and legal representation are not included in the annual registered agent fee. Additional legal services may require a separate engagement and legal fee.
